Villa Anemona is situated at the entrance of Lithos Village and offers privacy being surrounded by mature gardens and high hedges. The views are superb to the rear where the pool and sun terraces are situated and you can even see the sea in the distance.

You approach the villa through a courtyard and once inside the spacious hall you cannot help but be impressed by the superb woodwork, tiling, general ambiance and attention to detail in this lovely villa.

To the left is the well furnished lounge with leather suites, feature stone fireplace and satellite TV (limited channels) DVD player and Sony Playstation 2. Off to the right of the entrance hallway is to be found two of the three air-conditioned bedrooms. The first is a beautifully furnished twin in natural mahogany and this has shower and WC en-suite, whilst the second is a four-poster double with a most attractive bathroom en-suite. There is also a guest WC located here.

A most attractive marble and wrought iron staircase leads upto the first floor and the master bedroom suite, which again has four-poster bed and patio doors onto a front terrace with glorious views of the surrounding area. The en-suite bathroom is superbly fitted with lovely tiles, large bath with shower, WC and double vanity unit. On this level also is access to the roof terrace, where the views towards Coral Bay and the sea in the distance are breathtaking, a perfect place for some private sun worshipping.

Outside the magnificent 10 metre freeform pool takes pride of place off the rear, pergola covered, well furnished sun terrace. An ingenious water feature spouts water from the stone columns at the edge of the pool and there is a brick built barbeque with outside seating for al-fresco dining. To the opposite end of the pool in a shady corner is the Jacuzzi hot tub, a perfect venue for sitting, relaxing and watching the glorious sunsets.
